RevsSpace Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) defines permitted and prohibited uses of the RevsSpace platform (“RevsSpace”, “Platform”, “Service”). It applies to all users, accounts, plans, trials, and enterprise customers unless otherwise agreed in writing.
By using RevsSpace, you agree to comply with this policy in addition to the Terms & Conditions and other referenced policies.
1. Purpose of This Policy
RevsSpace is built for creating, managing, and sharing spatial representations of real-world assets. This policy exists to:

Protect platform integrity and security

Ensure lawful and responsible usage

Prevent misuse, abuse, or harm

Safeguard other users and third parties
2. Permitted Use
You may use RevsSpace to:

Create and manage spaces, tours, planners, and related spatial content

Capture, document, inspect, plan, and collaborate on physical assets

Share tours and spatial data with authorized parties

Use the platform for legitimate business, professional, or organizational purposes
Use must always comply with:

Applicable laws and regulations
-
These Terms and policies
-
Rights of third parties
3. Prohibited Content
You may not upload, publish, share, or store content that is:
3.1 Illegal or Unlawful

Violates any local, national, or international law
-
Facilitates illegal activity
3.2 Intellectual Property Infringing

Infringes copyrights, trademarks, patents, or trade secrets
-
Uploads content without proper authorization or rights
3.3 Harmful or Abusive

Hate speech, harassment, threats, or intimidation
-
Obscene, sexually explicit, or pornographic material
-
Violence or graphic content
-
Exploitation or abuse of individuals or minors
3.4 Misleading or Fraudulent

False, deceptive, or misleading representations

Impersonation of individuals or organizations

Fraudulent listings, scams, or misrepresentation of assets
3.5 Malicious or Dangerous

Malware, viruses, ransomware, or malicious code

Content designed to disrupt systems or networks

Attempts to exploit platform vulnerabilities
4. Prohibited Platform Misuse
You may not:

Use RevsSpace as a general-purpose file storage or backup service

Circumvent billing, activation, or usage tracking mechanisms

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
-
Interfere with or disrupt platform performance
-
Use automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools without authorization
-
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
-
Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit RevsSpace without permission
5. Security Responsibilities
Users must:

Protect account credentials
-
Use strong passwords and access controls
-
Immediately report suspected unauthorized access or security incidents
Users are responsible for all activity performed under their accounts.
6. Content Responsibility & Ownership

Users retain ownership of their uploaded content
-
Users are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of their content
-
RevsSpace does not pre-screen user content but reserves enforcement rights
7. Enforcement & Actions
RevsSpace reserves the right to take appropriate action for violations of this AUP, including:

Content removal
-
Temporary restrictions
-
Suspension of access
-
Termination of accounts
-
Reporting to legal authorities where required
Actions may be taken with or without prior notice where necessary to protect:

Platform integrity
-
Legal compliance
-
Security
-
Other users
8 Customer Responsibility for End Users
RevsSpace is primarily provided to business customers (“Customers”), who may grant access to the platform to their own users (“End Users”), including but not limited to property buyers, investors, stakeholders, or internal team members.
8.1. Accountability for Access and Usage
Customers are solely responsible for all access and usage of the platform under their account, including any activity performed by End Users.
8.2. Compliance Obligation
Customers must ensure that all End Users comply with this Acceptable Use Policy, the Terms & Conditions, and all applicable laws and regulations.
Any violation of this policy by an End User shall be deemed a violation by the Customer.
8.3. Control and Permissions
Customers are responsible for granting, managing, and revoking access to End Users, including ensuring appropriate levels of permission and security controls.
8.4. Prohibited Use by End Users
Customers must not allow End Users to:

Engage in any activity that violates this Acceptable Use Policy

Upload, share, or distribute unlawful, infringing, or harmful content
-
Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data
-
Interfere with platform integrity, performance, or security
8.5. Enforcement Rights
RevsSpace reserves the right to take enforcement action against both Customers and End Users, including content removal, access restriction, suspension, or termination, where violations are identified.
8.6. No Direct Obligation to End Users
End Users access RevsSpace through Customers. RevsSpace does not assume direct responsibility or liability for End Users unless explicitly agreed in writing.
All obligations related to End User conduct remain with the Customer.
9. Enterprise Customers
Enterprise customers may have additional or modified acceptable use terms under a separate agreement.
Where conflicts exist, the enterprise agreement will prevail.
10. Reporting Violations
Suspected violations may be reported to:

11. Policy Updates
This Acceptable Use Policy may be updated periodically.
Material changes will be communicated where commercially reasonable. Continued use of RevsSpace constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
